Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged upon confirmation of your order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling is FREE for all domestic orders
Our products are delivered in industry standard cobalt blue glass containers up to 50 ml. and in aluminum for larger volumes, to protect the oil from light and preserve the oil's fine qualities.
We use only UPS for all of our shipping. It is slightly more expensive than USPS but is consistantly more reliable and allows us (you) to track and insure your order.

If there is a problem with an oil that is the fault of AEL we will gladly replace that product or credit you the full value of that product. Only products or orders that have issues due to an error or problem caused by Aroma Essentials Ltd. will be eligible for replacement or refund. Due to the nature of these products we can not offer a refund unless there is something wrong with the product (contamination, breakage, incorrect item, etc.). If it has been found that AEL is at fault, a replacement or refund will be issued to you according to your wishes. |
